The build quality and finish of this backpack are excellent. The zippers and Tegris attachment points are exceptionally sturdy and provide a very secure connection between the backpack and a plate carrier vest. While running, the backpack does not shift either sideways or vertically, and the material used feels to be of very high quality. If your plate carrier has compatible zippers, like my Templars Gear TPC, you can use the included mounting hardware elsewhere — I installed it on the rear panel of a chest rig that is 4 columns wide and I can still attach it there — which makes it easy to switch depending on my needs. The backpack is approximately the size of a SAPI Medium plate, so it does not extend beyond the outline of the rear ballistic plate. If you are hoping to reach into it over your shoulder, there is basically no chance of that. Inside, there is practically no organization apart from a compartment for a hydration bladder, which is visible in the photos anyway. I use a 1 L Decathlon hydration bladder; the 1.5 L model will probably fit as well, but larger ones likely will not. If you care about additional interior organization, you will need to buy hook-and-loop panels separately. To sum up: if you are buying this backpack with full awareness of its purpose — to carry a hydration bladder and a few small necessary items that your teammates can access, or that you can access yourself after taking off the vest — you should be very satisfied with it, just as I am. On the other hand, if you expect access to the contents without taking off the vest, this model will not be suitable for you.
