Quite a nice cut, and they are also very warm, but those are probably all their advantages. The seam in the crotch area came apart quite quickly; it's a good thing they are double-layered. I chose size L, which matches the measurements given in the chart, but in reality I could have chosen XL (because with thermal underwear they are already slightly too small). I don’t know if I would buy them again; I would probably choose something else.

I have to admit that after reading earlier reviews, I had some concerns about buying these trousers. I like the Ukrainian brand M-Tac and so far I have always had good experiences with its products — they use decent materials and offer them at very attractive prices. Similar items from other manufacturers would definitely cost much more. I am not yet able to assess their functionality, because I have not had a chance to test them yet. However, I assume they will work well for ordinary winter walks and less intense activities, which is exactly what I bought them for. In my opinion, they are not the best choice for more dynamic trekking; for such uses, for example, the Norwegian brand Bergans is better suited. It is also hard for me to clearly define the temperature range, because that is a very individual matter — everyone tolerates cold differently, sweats differently, and has a different body build. For me, they will be suitable from around zero down to sub-zero temperatures, and possibly also at a slight plus. At this point, I can therefore comment mainly on their appearance. I am 177 cm tall, weigh 75 kg, have an 86 cm waist, and chose size S. They fit perfectly at the waist, and similarly at the hips, which suits me very well with this kind of material. If someone prefers a looser fit and more freedom around the hips, they should consider a larger size. The fabric is stretchy, so it does not press on the hips or cause discomfort; it just fits well. The leg length can be adjusted very well thanks to the drawstring and cuffing, and the final effect looks really good — that is a big plus. I improved the snaps with a light tap of a hammer so that they would hold more securely when fastened, because one of them was too loose. Other reviews had already mentioned the crotch seams, and in my opinion that really is the only weaker quality point of these trousers — I had to reinforce them myself with extra thread, which required a bit of time and patience. Unfortunately, they started coming apart immediately after the first stretch when I took them out of the package, but only in the crotch area. Apart from that, I did not notice any similar problems. Despite this, I recommend these trousers, although you have to take into account that you may get a pair that needs minor adjustments. Their price is excellent, because very similar models in terms of material and workmanship from other brands cost even 2.5 times more. I think they will perform well for their intended purpose.

High-quality pants, very warm—at -13°C outside, these alone are enough; in my opinion, there’s no need to wear any additional underwear. You can easily lie down on snow or ice—I use them during photo walks and they work perfectly. The only thing I would add is side ventilation on the pants to allow temperature regulation. Indoors, they are immediately too warm. I recommend them for truly sub-zero temperatures, provided you won't be moving intensively.

Before deciding to buy these pants, I thought for a long time, mainly because of the opinions concerning sizing issues. I chose size S – I am 168 cm tall and weigh 63 kg. The pants fit well at the waist, but in my opinion, they are a bit too long. You can shorten them or simply roll up the legs as shown in the photos without the mannequin. Only when I rolled them up from the inside did I notice that the hem is not visible – exactly like in the first pictures in the shop. This kind of cuff looks good, so maybe it’s not necessary to sew them for them to stay put. You can also sew them double without having to cut the material, so that the drawstring at the bottom is visible. Looking at the pictures with the mannequin, it’s clear that even for the mannequin the pants are quite long, although they fit well at the waist. Other than that, the pants themselves are really comfortable and look good. As for the belt loops, they are indeed large, especially the one at the back, which is why they don’t hold the pants well – but this can be fixed by sewing the loops along the belt line, and then they hold the belt better. I only noticed these details after buying and maybe this information will be useful for others. To sum up, I am satisfied with this purchase – the pants are more comfortable than other, more expensive sports pants of this size I have had before, which also had strange pockets.

The trousers are really warm, well made for their price, and the size more or less matches what's stated by the manufacturer. The material effectively protects against water and wind, and the belt loops are wide enough for a belt. Nevertheless, during winter use I noticed significant drawbacks that cannot be ignored. Most importantly – the trousers are almost not breathable at all and in this respect resemble a plastic bag. They quickly become very uncomfortable to wear, even with minimal activity or when indoors. This suggests the material contains some kind of membrane, although the manufacturer does not emphasize this. Additionally, the open top and back pockets do not have any closures, making it easy for snow to get inside and for items to fall out – especially during winter activities. I am considering sewing or sealing these pockets if I continue to use these trousers. I will keep the pair I purchased, but I do not plan to buy another one unless the breathability and pocket design are improved.

Winter pants of very good quality. Although I haven't had the chance to test them in heavy rain, they perform excellently in wet snow conditions, which we have for a few days here: it stays dry and warm inside. The details are very well made: the zippers are still easy to open even after two weeks, and the pockets are very spacious. They are slightly longer at the back, so the back is well protected and it's harder to catch a chill. At this price class, it's the best choice for winter – it's hard to find anything better. I definitely recommend them, you won't regret it.

The trousers are very well made. Comfortable. On the downside, they are quite noisy/rustling, so for fans of nature photography or "birdwatchers" they will be moderately good.
