High-quality pants, very warm—at -13°C outside, these alone are enough; in my opinion, there’s no need to wear any additional underwear. You can easily lie down on snow or ice—I use them during photo walks and they work perfectly. The only thing I would add is side ventilation on the pants to allow temperature regulation. Indoors, they are immediately too warm. I recommend them for truly sub-zero temperatures, provided you won't be moving intensively.

Before deciding to buy these pants, I thought for a long time, mainly because of the opinions concerning sizing issues. I chose size S – I am 168 cm tall and weigh 63 kg. The pants fit well at the waist, but in my opinion, they are a bit too long. You can shorten them or simply roll up the legs as shown in the photos without the mannequin. Only when I rolled them up from the inside did I notice that the hem is not visible – exactly like in the first pictures in the shop. This kind of cuff looks good, so maybe it’s not necessary to sew them for them to stay put. You can also sew them double without having to cut the material, so that the drawstring at the bottom is visible. Looking at the pictures with the mannequin, it’s clear that even for the mannequin the pants are quite long, although they fit well at the waist. Other than that, the pants themselves are really comfortable and look good. As for the belt loops, they are indeed large, especially the one at the back, which is why they don’t hold the pants well – but this can be fixed by sewing the loops along the belt line, and then they hold the belt better. I only noticed these details after buying and maybe this information will be useful for others. To sum up, I am satisfied with this purchase – the pants are more comfortable than other, more expensive sports pants of this size I have had before, which also had strange pockets.

The trousers are really warm, well made for their price, and the size more or less matches what's stated by the manufacturer. The material effectively protects against water and wind, and the belt loops are wide enough for a belt. Nevertheless, during winter use I noticed significant drawbacks that cannot be ignored. Most importantly – the trousers are almost not breathable at all and in this respect resemble a plastic bag. They quickly become very uncomfortable to wear, even with minimal activity or when indoors. This suggests the material contains some kind of membrane, although the manufacturer does not emphasize this. Additionally, the open top and back pockets do not have any closures, making it easy for snow to get inside and for items to fall out – especially during winter activities. I am considering sewing or sealing these pockets if I continue to use these trousers. I will keep the pair I purchased, but I do not plan to buy another one unless the breathability and pocket design are improved.

The pants turned out to be so warm that I only started to feel comfortable in them at -5°C... when the temperature was higher, it was too hot, which shows how well they keep you warm... for this price, I bought 2 more pairs, including one for my dad. Winter pants of very good quality. Although I haven't had the chance to test them in heavy rain, they perform excellently in wet snow conditions, which we have for a few days here: it stays dry and warm inside. The details are very well made: the zippers are still easy to open even after two weeks, and the pockets are very spacious. They are slightly longer at the back, so the back is well protected and it's harder to catch a chill. At this price class, it's the best choice for winter – it's hard to find anything better. I definitely recommend them, you won't regret it.

The trousers are very well made. Comfortable. On the downside, they are quite noisy/rustling, so for fans of nature photography or "birdwatchers" they will be moderately good.

Great pants, comfortable and warm, they work perfectly for me. I wear them when cycling, at +2°C, and I didn't have to wear any extra winter underwear (long johns)... I also have an unusual profession, I am at ice rinks during sports competitions, sometimes for up to 16 hours a day, and the pants also pass the test in those situations. I literally highly recommend them.

This is already my second pair of these pants. They are very suitable for colder days thanks to the insulation (tested both in the mountains and at the seaside, where it's really cold). I can wholeheartedly recommend these pants to everyone. It's a pity that the Helikon company doesn't make similar models.

Super warm! Even too warm! My son is happy, although he has only used them a few times because... they are too warm! :) But they are very comfortable, the material is appropriately elastic. Long johns underneath and you could probably go to the Arctic :)
