At first, I was more satisfied, but now I rate this pouch as 'so-so'. The price is a bit steep for such a simple design. Stitching, material, craftsmanship—nothing to complain about here, but unfortunately, the whole thing doesn’t hold the tourniquet very securely. It’s okay, but for more dynamic situations, I would use something else. This pouch is better suited for a calm day at the shooting range.
Pouch intended for the transport and storage of a tactical tourniquet, crafted from robust 560 Cordura in MAPA camouflage. The design allows for rapid access while preventing accidental loss of the tourniquet.
Compatibility with the MOLLE/PALS system enables installation on belts, vests, backpacks, or other gear. The mounting solution utilizes LaserCut technology. Flexible side panels made from elastic materials deliver a precise fit.
MAPA camouflage was created by Maciej Dojlitko, a graduate and currently a faculty member at the Faculty of Architecture and Design, Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, who has also authored Theory of Deconstruction of Visual Message. Tools for Designing Military Camouflage (Gdańsk 2015). The cutting-edge design, underpinned by solid theoretical and experimental findings—including computer-based analysis of thousands of landscape photos—attracted attention from experts and military apparel producers. The MAPA camouflage made its first appearance in 2017 at the International Defence Industry Exhibition in Kielce as the chosen pattern for the Dromader gear and uniform system by Maskpol, part of the Polish Armament Group. Initially developed for Territorial Defence Forces personnel, MAPA was also under consideration as a potential new uniform pattern for all branches of the Polish Armed Forces, which could have replaced the wz.93 camouflage. Despite these intentions, MAPA camouflage has not been officially adopted by the Polish Army to date.
Main features of the MAPA camouflage in its standard woodland configuration:
- 6-color palette layered to mimic map contour lines
- Color scheme fine-tuned for use within Central European woodland environments
- Application of three-dimensional illusion and anamorphic visual effects
- Organic, biomorphic patterning reminiscent of natural vegetation
- Highly contrasting components imitating the interplay of natural light and shadow
- Silhouette distortion implemented via macro-pattern design
- Micro-pattern replication of fine color noise
MAPA pattern stands out as a notable alternative to leading contemporary camouflage systems, including PenCott, MultiCam, Kryptek, Flecktarn, and Finland's M/05. In various aspects, MAPA presents more advanced design elements and provides superior color rendering for Central European forests from late spring through early autumn.

The pouch does not fulfill its function, it is too loose and has no top securing, because of which I lost my tourniquet. There are much better and at the same time cheaper designs of this type, and camouflage isn't everything.
-
It fulfills its role, but nothing more. The tourniquet fits well, just as it should. If an internal quick-release strap was added, so you could pull it and the tourniquet would pop out by itself, it would be 5/5.
-
A very well-made pouch for a tactical tourniquet. I have been using it for some time on my belt and I am very satisfied with the purchase. The pouch is durable. The MAPA camouflage looks much better in real life than in the pictures. I recommend it.

The pouch is very well sewn from strong material in an interesting MAPA camouflage. Thanks to its design, you simply slide the tourniquet in and can take it out quickly without any problem.
