This mat is a discovery :) A great seat pad, but it also works well as a pad under the backpack. Personally, I would modify it to have a small panel attached to the belt, and the mat itself would be fastened to it with Velcro.

A foldable mat constructed from robust Cordura 560 in MAPA camouflage, padded with soft foam delivers both comfort and reliable ground insulation. Compact when folded, it ensures hassle-free transport and convenient storage.
Velcro fastening keeps the mat securely closed when folded. Once unfolded, it offers ample space for comfortable seating. Thanks to MOLLE/PALS compatibility, the compact mat can be attached to a belt, vest, backpack, or other gear components. The attachment system utilizes advanced LaserCut technology.
The MAPA camouflage design was created by Maciej Dojlitko, a graduate and current research staff member at the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk. He is the author of, among other works, the publication The theory of deconstructing a visual message. Tools for designing military camouflage (Gdańsk 2015). The project stands out for its innovative approach, supported by substantive theoretical and experimental evidence, including computer analyses of thousands of landscape photographs. The concept gained interest among specialists and military apparel producers. MAPA camouflage made its debut in 2017 at the International Defense Industry Exhibition in Kielce as part of the Dromader gear and uniform system by Maskpol, a member of the Polish Armaments Group. Originally designed for the Territorial Defense Forces, MAPA camouflage was also evaluated as a potential new pattern for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland, potentially replacing the wz.93 pattern. To date, the Polish Army has not adopted MAPA camouflage as its official pattern.

Great idea with this mat. It works very well if you need to sit on something cold/wet/hard outdoors. You can easily unfold and fold it by yourself. If you walk with a backpack, you have to adjust it so that it ends above the belt, because otherwise it presses on the mat.
