The WZ 2019 variant is a development of the WZ 2010 model design. The modifications introduced include, among others, replacing velcro on the pockets with Canadian buttons and using mesh ventilation zones to improve breathability.

The sweatshirt is made from Rip-Stop fabric, a blend of polyester and lightweight, breathable cotton. Natural cotton fibers provide optimal breathability, while polyester improves the fabric's durability .

The construction features low weight and increased resistance to mechanical damage, thanks to densely woven, thicker fibers forming a characteristic grid. Rip-Stop effectively limits the spread of any abrasions over a larger surface.

On the chest there are 2 pockets fastened with Canadian buttons placed on tape. This solution ensures secure closure and quieter handling than traditional velcro. Additional sleeve pockets increase the sweatshirt's usable space and allow small equipment to be distributed across several zones.

The elbow area has been reinforced to increase the material's resistance to pressure, friction and mechanical damage. The design also includes pockets for protective elbow inserts. The reinforced zone together with the option of using protectors provides additional protection for the elbows against pressure and contact with the ground.

Mesh ventilation zones located under the arms and on the back improve airflow inside the sweatshirt and make it easier to release excess heat. Their placement supports air exchange in areas particularly prone to heat buildup. The panels used feature a lightweight, perforated structure.

The front button closure is covered by a placket that protects it against accidental unfastening. The buttons allow adjustment of how far the sweatshirt is unfastened, which makes it possible to adjust the level of air circulation to the temperature and intensity of movement. The wz.93 "Pantera" camouflage pattern is the camouflage currently in use by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland - the first camouflage designed and introduced for widespread use in the Third Polish Republic. The 1993 pattern offers a combination of mimicry and deforming properties thanks to the use of irregular patches of varying sizes. The color scheme based on green, brown and black has been adapted to the conditions of Polish forests, making "Pantera" a fitting choice for operations in native terrain.
