Engineered for hot climates, these black, lightweight, and breathable gloves offer reliable protection during strenuous tasks. The Specialty Vent version is equipped with advanced ventilation, greatly reducing perspiration on the hands even in elevated temperatures. Optimal airflow is provided by special perforations inside the gloves and a breathable mesh on the exterior. Additional perforations on the index finger and thumb enable seamless mobile device operation without the need to remove the gloves.
A comfortable Velcro fastener featuring an external thermoplastic rubber (TPR - Thermal Plastic Rubber) cover is integrated at the wrist of the gloves. Crafted from a material that allows for natural movement, such as unrestricted finger flexion, these gloves offer exceptional comfort during wear. The tailored stitching conforms to the anatomical shape of the hand, guaranteeing an excellent fit. Strategically placed notches at the finger joints further enhance mobility.
The gloves are manufactured in accordance with the protective standard EN388-212XX for mechanical hazard resistance, which includes:
- 2: abrasion resistance (rated on a 0–4 scale)
- 1: blade cut resistance (rated on a 0–5 scale)
- 2: tear resistance (rated on a 0–4 scale)
- X: puncture resistance (rated on a 0–4 scale)
- X: TDM cut resistance – ISO 13997 testing (scale A–F)
The levels provided in the EN 388 standard specify glove protection: a value of 0 signifies no protection, while higher numbers (4, 5) represent the maximum resistance.
The TDM (ISO 13997) test assigns letter grades, with A denoting the lowest protection and F the highest protection.
The “X” symbol denotes that the parameter was either not tested or not applicable.
