I had difficulty finding the right size – I usually wear shoes between size 42 and 43 depending on the brand, and here the 42 fit in length, but they were too wide. Tightening the laces more made the material bunch up around the eyelets. Since some of the eyelets are reinforced where the tongue is stitched, the material wrinkled slightly there and more in other areas, which made the shoe look unattractive (you can see this in the product photo). It's hard for me to say how this affects the comfort of wearing them. As for comfort, the sole was quite hard, but at the same time extremely soft – as if it was wrapped in very soft foam. In theory, this should be a good thing, but the heel was also very soft and spread out to the sides, so I didn't feel stable while walking. On uneven ground, like stones, I'd have to be careful. They would be fine for running, but for everyday use, I had mixed feelings. Ultimately, I returned the shoes and chose the Lowa Fortrux model because of better grip and foot stability.
