The shoe is very comfortable and lightweight. It adapts to the foot. Great grip even on light ice in mountainous terrain. But what does it matter if the basics, that is, full waterproofness, leave a lot to be desired. The shoes leak in the front part of the foot after an hour of walking just on the forest floor, not even in the rain but after rainfall. The pull tabs for putting on the shoes also tear off like on some 'cheap shoe' at the second use (hopefully it's a manufacturing defect, a bad stitch (?) although it happens (the leaking) symmetrically). We'll see after return/replacement. For this price I'll give them one more chance because in terms of comfort it's 5/5. However, at this moment, I'm totally disappointed.

Excellent shoes worth their price. Both the workmanship and the materials used are of the highest quality. This makes their use completely comfortable. Starting from the sole, which provides very good grip and cushioning, through reinforcements, to the lacing system—everything works perfectly.

Merrell Rogue GTX 8'' Tactical Boots - Dark Coyote is a product with an interesting technical solution. The material quality is very good, although a bit thick - better for use in winter. The tread is interesting because it’s also suitable for forest terrain. There is a hook for gaiters. I recommend the product.

Top notch when it comes to tactical or outdoor shoes. Incredibly comfortable, best materials. Very stable on every type of surface. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
