The hatchet is very nicely and aesthetically made, the only thing that's a bit of an eyesore is the plastic cord. There's a stylish leather sheath included, so the cord should also be leather... but that's minor. In my opinion, the hatchet has a bigger flaw: the grind angle is too large, which is good for splitting, but the hatchet is too small and uncomfortable for this purpose. Personally, I had no problem regrinding it. Now it bites very well and deeply into the wood, and splitting smaller pieces is no longer a problem.

Total failure. The hatchet arrived completely dull. The blade was ground at such an angle that it would be difficult to get any sharpness using hand tools without spending several free days filing. The handle attachment was also poorly done. After a few uses, the head began to wobble. I do not recommend it.

The hatchet matches the description, it is aesthetically pleasing and properly balanced, I recommend buying it. Maybe a display would be useful, and the only minor drawback is comfortable holding in the hand.

The product matches the description. Very nice, great as a gift, especially if someone gives axes as gifts :) I will replace the original "shoelace" with a decent piece of paracord. It feels good in the hand. I haven't tested it on wood yet, but you can tell it needs some sharpening.
