Great choice, very solid workmanship, the blanket is thick, warm, and pleasant to the touch. There is no typical wool smell, rather you can sense the impregnant, which is a bit like mothballs, but this scent quickly disappears after the first wash. In appearance, it looks more like a throw for a sofa. I definitely recommend it.

An excellent product, real heavy and warm wool. It smells a bit and is slightly scratchy, but for wool this is completely normal and not a problem. It worked perfectly as an extra-warm sleeping bag, and on less cold nights you can sleep under it in just your underwear. It's wide and long; at 175 cm tall, you can wrap yourself in it very comfortably and your feet don't stick out. Of course, the weight is listed incorrectly – the blanket is heavy, so for hikes I would just choose a good sleeping bag. It’s suitable not only for the training ground, but also works well at home or, for example, if you need to spend the night in a car.

A solid blanket. In several places there are small felted lumps, which don't bother me. The smell is typical for a wool blanket, nothing "stinks," it doesn't scratch. I suggest correcting the weight in the listing. I recommend it.

So I confirm that the blanket is quite heavy, which personally suits me. For now, it's used at home. Before use, I had to wash it twice to get rid of a specific smell, which was quite annoying. After washing, it's great.

A blanket for special tasks. Beautiful green color, replica print. The blanket is quite heavy, giving the impression of being like felt. So it's not a wool warp on some netting, but a piece of solid, old-style blanket. In fact, the blanket does not weigh 1 kg, but more than two.
-
The blanket is new, has no unpleasant smell at all, is pleasant to the touch, and even though it’s heavy and thick, the wind doesn't blow through it, and after impregnation, it's waterproof and attractively priced. I recommend it.

The blanket is big, thick and heavy. It really weighs much more than described. It provides incredible thermal comfort during sleep. And as true wool, it has its characteristic smell, but I wouldn't call it a stench.

First, the blanket smells terribly after unpacking. Second, Militaria, it's time to change the weight info, because you write 1kg and my scale shows 2.35kg, I checked several times and tested if it weighs correctly. That's a pretty big and very misleading piece of information. Third, as for the blanket itself: it's military, unpleasant to the touch, scratchy, huge and heavy, which is exactly as it should be.

Blanket 10/10, totally worth its price. Very warm, perfect for camping and for home. Even tall people can comfortably snuggle up in this blanket. The weight of the blanket may surprise you, 1 kg is a lot, but after just one night I wouldn't trade this blanket for any lighter fleece or sleeping bag.

A really good military wool blanket. Suitable both as a substitute for a foam mat and as a replacement for a sleeping bag. Also sometimes useful at home. I highly recommend it to everyone because it's really worth it.
