Beautiful, wooden handles. The whole thing is very solid, the knife is quite heavy for a folder. The opening system works flawlessly. The downside is the steel the blade is made of. It doesn't hold its sharpness very well, and it's also hard to achieve a high level of sharpness (at least for me), hence 4 stars.

Precision engineering and robust build define the spring knife, making it an outstanding choice for everyday carry (EDC).
A standout benefit of Mikov knives is the possibility to replace the opening spring system without disassembling the knife, ensuring straightforward repairs if damage occurs.

A Dagger-style blade, crafted from 420 stainless steel and hardened to 55 HRC, offers durability and strength. The handle features wooden scales secured with rivets.
An innovative button/lever mechanism provides secure opening and closing, effectively preventing unintended deployment of the blade.
Included is a leather sheath for protective carry.
WARNING - contrary to common misconceptions, spring knives are legally available for purchase, ownership, and carry. Polish law imposes no restrictions on knife opening mechanisms, nor on blade shape or length. Please note: in other countries, regulations may limit or prohibit certain knife types—always check local laws before carrying a knife abroad.

With thicker fingers, unlocking the knife is problematic as it is not bent upwards enough. This affects the speed of opening.
-
Good knife, very strong springs: + you can replace the springs + very nice - after a month of use, one spring broke - very dull when purchased

The workmanship is flawless. The knife is handy, opens and closes easily. Additionally, it looks very aesthetic.

I've been using this knife for ......14 years. A classic in its own way. It needs to be taken care of, which gives a lot of satisfaction. Maintenance of the wooden handle, sharpening, oiling. Never use any technical oils. It is timeless.

Nice, classic "springer" look (wood version best). The steel parts could be better refined and fitted (blade play). The steel is decent, easy to sharpen and keeps an aggressive edge. Very strong spring, but brittle, and there's no spare :/

The knife is made very well, opens quickly and easily. The release lock is handy. The knife is quite heavy, but it does not interfere with everyday use. The wooden handle is beautifully sanded and finished.
