This bag is my personal discovery! I carry it all the time – for shopping, work, and trips. When your shoulder gets tired, you can instantly turn it into a backpack. It's a comfortable backpack – the straps are well hidden, just like the hip belt. It's sturdy and indestructible. The only thing I changed was the shoulder strap because it was too thin for me. I recommend it!
