For this price, Mil-Tec matches are a good addition to your backpack. They handle moisture better than regular matches and can be lit in worse conditions, but they're not storm matches (though very close!). The biggest downside is the striker—if it gets wet, it becomes a problem. Despite this, as an emergency fire source, they work well and have a reasonable price-to-quality ratio.

They are not stormproof, so I wouldn't expect them to work after being submerged in water, but they spent a year at the cemetery in a compartment under a bench (which is not very airtight and exposed to various weather conditions), as an emergency supply and they worked without any problems. A reasonable price for a reasonable product.

Matches at a good price compared to their quality. Although they're not storm matches, they are definitely more efficient and effective on rainy or humid days than regular matches. I recommend them.

Total waste of the money, does not worth your time or effort, useless in/after water impact. Regret of the purchase. Can be lighted as usual ones though.

These matches are not specifically designed for survival use. They are not resistant to long-term moisture – after prolonged contact with water, the red tip begins to dissolve, but you can still use them even when they are wet. The striking surface also quickly loses its properties in a humid environment. Therefore, you need to use them consciously, just like traditional matches. However, they can be used once during rain or after getting wet – the important thing is to use them immediately after soaking.

For me, the product doesn't really do its job. The matches themselves are okay – they really do light when wet. But if the striker gets soaked, what's the point of waterproof matches? Better to invest in stormproof matches in a sealed container.

Matches at a very good price in relation to the quality they represent. Admittedly, they are not storm matches, but still definitely more efficient and effective on rainy or humid days than ordinary matches. I recommend them.
