A comprehensive tourist first aid kit featuring an extensive set of supplies from Leina-Werke GmbH. The medical kit is composed of 43 items, all organized in a Belt Pouch Large in OD green. Constructed from tear- and rip-resistant Oxford polyester, the pouch is lined with a waterproof PVC coating on the interior. A two-way zipper secures the main pocket, which includes an internal compartment as well as an organizer equipped with elastic bands for securing smaller accessories.

Attachment to a backpack or belt is enabled by two straps, while the pouch also features Molle/Pals compatible mounting straps, allowing for the integration of additional pockets or pouches.

    Very nice first aid kit. It’s not very big, but it is very spacious. The ready-made insert fits perfectly, but there’s still room to add something you consider necessary.
