As an EDC first aid kit for a backpack, it's fine: compact, with the essential minimum supplies. However, a thermal blanket would be useful. The case, apart from a small loop, has no attachment points, so you have to carry it inside the backpack. Overall, I recommend it.

Well... Like with Mil-Tec, unfortunately the quality of the contents does not give a "wow" effect. However, for the price-to-quality ratio it's really good, because 30 PLN for a first aid kit is cheap. It was tested: my friend cut his finger almost to the bone with a knife during bushcraft (so deep it needed stitches at the hospital). I calmly dressed the wound, but the contents of the kit are really just for one-time use, you can only temporarily secure the injury (e.g., on the way to the hospital) + it’s only good for small cuts or injuries. For biking or longer walks, I definitely recommend it because the price is very attractive, but for mountains or trekking absolutely something bigger. Worth recommending, but could be better.

A very handy first aid kit that you can fit practically anywhere. The choice of equipment is, in my view, OK—these are the most commonly needed things that fit in such a small first aid kit. Of the obvious things, only disposable gloves are missing (!), but you can easily add them—they will fit because the kit’s capacity allows you to add a few small and flat items to the standard equipment without any problem.
