Size M arrived and this time the shirt fits perfectly. However, I should add that once again, the actual size does not match the size given in the chart. My M measured 51cm under the arms. I think the entire sizing of these shirts differs from what's listed in the chart. It's worth taking this into consideration when buying. Besides that, the shirt is very well made and the camouflage looks really great in person. Highly recommended.
