Temperatures and usage conditions
The operating temperatures of the Tactical 4 sleeping bag specified in accordance with EN ISO 23537-1:2022:
- T-comfort: 2 deg C - the lowest temperature at which a woman can comfortably sleep through the night,
- T-limit: -3 deg C - the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep through the night without discomfort,
- T-extreme: -19 deg C - the lowest temperature at which survival in the sleeping bag is possible. This is not a value recommended for standard use.
nylon construction with DuPont Teflon coating
The outer layer is made from robust nylon protected with a DuPont Teflon coating that effectively shields against moisture and dirt. The interior is lined with soft nylon to ensure a comfortable night's sleep.
Thermolite fill
The sleeping bag is filled with Thermolite insulation at a weight of 250 g/m2, giving excellent heat retention even in cold and damp environments. Its soft structure also makes the sleeping bag pleasant to the touch. The material keeps its insulating properties even when damp, dries quickly, is breathable, and thanks to its high durability and flexibility is well-suited for challenging terrain.
Right-side zip, protective flap
The sleeping bag features a double-sided zip on the right side, secured with a velcro flap. On the inside there's a protective strip to prevent fabric from getting caught in the zip and to limit heat loss.
Integrated hood for protection from cold, mosquito net
Anatomically shaped hood gives extra protection against heat loss from the head. The drawstring helps minimise heat loss and boosts comfort on cold nights. An internal thermal collar effectively blocks cold air from getting inside. This feature is especially useful in lower temperatures, providing extra warmth when sleeping. Inside the bag there is a pocket with a mosquito net that, when attached to the hood, shields you from insects.
Easy to transport and store
This model is convenient to carry and store. When packed, the sleeping bag measures 43 x 25 cm and weighs 2000 g, making it easy to move around without adding much bulk to your luggage.
