The mat was bought specifically as a pad under the mattress. Honestly, I tried lying on it—it's not a bed, but in field conditions, it's quite comfortable. The polyethylene foam and 1cm thickness insulate well from the ground, and the transport straps are a plus. I recommend it.

I am very satisfied with this product. The mat worked perfectly. I slept well and relatively softly. I also have no complaints about its thermal insulation.

I recommend it; thickness is okay, we'll see how it performs at the camping trip in 2 days.
