MK Knives & Tools Humbler Nightberry Folding Knife - Purple

Folding knife with an overall length of 177 mm, equipped with a blade measuring 75 mm in length and featuring a Drop-Point profile crafted from CPM MagnaCut stainless steel, which ensures exceptional durability as well as superior resistance to wear and corrosion. The blade is finished with a Black Stonewash coating. The handle incorporates a reliable Liner Lock mechanism and is fitted with grip scales made from G10 laminate. Designed by renowned Polish knife maker Marcin Kampka.

CPM MagnaCut stainless steel

Forged from CPM MagnaCut stainless steel, the blade boasts exceptional resistance to corrosion, outstanding edge retention, simplified sharpening, and strong protection against chipping.

Drop-Point blade, flat grind

Featuring a blade crafted in a Drop-Point profile, appreciated for its reinforced tip, ease of sharpening, and excellent cutting capabilities. Measuring 75 mm in length and 3 mm in thickness, the blade employs a flat grind for superior cutting efficiency. Finished with the Black Stonewash technique, reflections are minimized and a matte appearance is achieved. Jimping, or textured notches, are integrated into the blade's spine to offer a stable thumb placement and enhanced control during use.

flipper, ceramic ball bearings, Liner lock

One-handed deployment of the knife is achieved with a flipper, allowing for swift and convenient access. A ceramic ball bearing on the primary axis ensures smooth blade movement, while a Liner Lock mechanism provides secure blade locking.

Durable Torx screws reinforce the knife’s construction, and a Pivot style rotation axle connects the blade to the handle, guaranteeing overall mechanism stability.

G10 laminate scales, steel clip

The scales of the ergonomically contoured handle are crafted from highly durable, external factor-resistant G10 laminate in a striking purple shade. For everyday carry comfort, a flexible, steel clip positioned for tip-up carry offers secure and convenient attachment to a belt or pocket edge. The clip is installed on the right side. At the handle's end, a lanyard hole allows for threading a safety cord.

CPM MagnaCut feature
CPM MagnaCut
CPM MagnaCut is a stainless tool steel developed by Crucible Industries and produced using powder metallurgy (CPM). It is characterized by high strength, high wear resistance, and very good corrosion resistance, despite its relatively low chromium content (10.7%). The steel is comparable to the best tool steels, such as CPM-4V or Vanadis 4E, offering high resistance to cracking and chipping. Thanks to the use of free chromium and carbides formed mainly by vanadium (4%), CPM MagnaCut is less brittle and resistant to abrasion, even with a hardness of 60-64 HRC. In addition, the presence of niobium (2%) and molybdenum (2%) ensures stability at high temperatures, making the steel ideal for harsh working conditions. The composition of CPM MagnaCut also includes 1.15% carbon, which ensures adequate hardness and edge durability, making this steel valued in the manufacture of tools and weapons.
G10 feature
G10
G10 is a lightweight and extremely durable material, considered one of the best for knife production. It is created by pressure-pressing fiberglass with phenolic resin, which gives it high durability and resistance to mechanical damage. It is chemically inert, does not conduct electricity, and retains its properties at both low and high temperatures. In terms of parameters, it is similar to carbon fiber, but its production is much cheaper. G10 handles are manufactured by precision cutting and cutting, which increases the cost of processing but ensures a perfect fit and long knife life.
Blackwash feature
Blackwash
Blackwash is a finish that combines oxidation (graphite-black shade of steel) with the Stonewash technique. The blade is first coated with black and then treated in a drum with abrasive. This creates an aging effect - a dark background with lighter abrasions and micro-scratches. This gives the knife a raw, “used” look, masks scratches well, reduces light reflections, and works well in tactical knives. Thanks to its combination of practicality and aesthetics, Blackwash is popular in EDC, outdoor, and combat knives.
