MoG Target FR Long Tactical Gloves - Green
Green gloves with an extended cuff, designed for tactical operations. Made from flame-resistant Nomex meta-aramid fabric and goatskin leather, they provide protection against flames and contact heat, while the hydrophobic finish limits moisture absorption. The fitted design ensures precise feel in the fingers and freedom of movement, while touchscreen compatibility makes it easier to use electronic devices without removing the gloves.
Flame-resistant Nomex and goatskin leather
The back of the gloves and the extended cuff are made from flame-resistant Nomex meta-aramid fabric, which does not melt or drip when exposed to flame. The grip area uses goatskin leather with a flame-resistant and hydrophobic finish, providing protection against contact heat and a secure grip. The hydrophobic properties of both materials limit moisture absorption, increasing comfort of use in changing weather conditions.
The area between the thumb and index finger has been additionally reinforced, increasing the durability of the part exposed to intensive use. The seams are made with Kevlar thread, which increases the strength of the joins. The fitted cut and ergonomic finger construction help maintain dexterity and grip control.
Touchscreen compatibility
On the thumb and index finger, leather has been used that enables touchscreen operation without the need to remove the gloves. This solution makes it easier to use compatible communication and electronic devices while carrying out tasks in the field.
Extended cuff and attachment loop
The gloves are equipped with an extended cuff made from flame-resistant meta-aramid fabric, which increases coverage of the wrist and lower forearm. An elastic element at the wrist improves fit and helps keep the glove in place. An internal, folding leather attachment loop allows the gloves to be attached to a belt or uniform, making them easier to carry.
Protective standards EN 388 and EN 407
The gloves are classified as category II personal protective equipment (PPE). The manufacturer declares compliance with the following standards:
- EN ISO 21420:2020 - general requirements for protective gloves, including ergonomics and material safety
- EN 388:2016+A1:2018 (2111X) - protection against mechanical hazards: abrasion (2), Coupe test cut resistance (1), tearing (1), puncture (1); TDM cut resistance has not been specified (X)
- EN 407:2020 (41XXXX) - protection against thermal hazards: limited flame spread (4) and contact heat (1); the remaining parameters have not been specified (X)
The stated protection levels relate to specific standardised tests. The gloves are not intended for protection against a high risk of cutting or puncture.

Kevlar is a synthetic aramid material that has high strength and tensile strength. It was developed by DuPont in the 1960s and is used in the manufacture of protective clothing and tactical equipment, helmets, car tires, and bulletproof clothing. It is used in products that require protection from mechanical damage, including cutting and shooting.
Nomex is an advanced aramid fiber with high resistance to heat, fire and chemicals developed by DuPont. This material is flame retardant - it does not melt when exposed to high temperatures and provides excellent thermal protection. It is mainly used for protective clothing, as well as in the aerospace and automotive industries.
