Nite Ize is an American brand from Colorado, founded in 1989 by Rick Case, a student who, while fishing at night, held a flashlight in his mouth and... it fell into the water.     Good carabiner, much more solidly made than the maximum load weight indicated by the manufacturer would suggest. Thanks to the flat arms, you can attach it to D-rings that are narrow and rectangular, intended for straps, like some used in Wisport backpacks.
