Njord Tarik machete

Inspired by the tools wielded by medieval Vikings, this machete showcases a similar approach to design and sturdy build. The use of robust construction and resilient materials ensures reliable performance during brush clearing, camp construction, or demanding fieldwork.

Featuring a broad head with a Drop-Point profile, this machete is crafted from hand-forged carbon steel and hardened to 57 HRC. The blade sports a flat grind with partial polishing, delivering a rugged appearance. Designed with a Full Tang construction, the blade shaft extends the full length of the handle, providing exceptional tool strength. Thanks to a center of gravity positioned towards the tip, enhanced power and efficiency are provided for chopping, hacking, and clearing tasks.

The handle features ergonomically contoured and riveted scales, crafted from robust rosewood. The wood has undergone treatment with beeswax and linseed oil, which greatly enhances its resilience and resistance to the elements.

A robust leather sheath featuring a belt loop is included, enabling convenient belt carry for the machete. Additionally, the machete is supplied with a wooden presentation box lined with foam insert for secure storage.
