The straps are not very comfortable, but the poles look solid and appear much more expensive, they work excellently during walks and hikes, especially for seniors – I recommend them.
Telescopic trekking poles engineered for use on both lowland paths and rugged mountain trails. Constructed from robust 6061 aluminum, featuring an ergonomically designed rubber grip with an adjustable strap for added comfort.
The three-section design with height adjustment from 66 to 135 cm enables quick adaptation of pole length to match the user's height or the steepness of the terrain.
An internal anti-shock system efficiently absorbs and reduces vibrations experienced during trekking, protecting the user's joints—this shock absorption can be deactivated if desired.
A further benefit of the design is the interchangeable tip capability. The package provides two rubber end caps for travel on hard surfaces and two baskets for navigating soft ground such as forest trails.
Trekking offers comprehensive development of the muscular system and enhanced endurance. Utilizing poles while walking activates the muscles of the buttocks, thighs, arms, shoulders, chest, and abdomen, resulting in overall improvement of physical fitness due to the engagement of numerous muscle groups.

Somewhat mixed feelings. But these are my first trekking poles. They are a bit flimsy, but thanks to the fact that they fold down to about 65 cm, you can easily attach them to a backpack without worrying they will hang and bang around.
-
Very good poles at a great price - maybe not very light, but they fold and unfold quite easily, the shock absorption is especially useful when going downhill, and for a year and a half they've never let me down. Much better than my poles that were twice as expensive.
-
I'm learning to walk with them around the city. They are light but strong. I changed the straps because the included ones are too sharp and uncomfortable.
-
Very good poles, especially for this price. They probably won't be suitable for someone very tall, but for heights up to 185 cm they should be fine. The vibration dampening system works great.
-
A few days on difficult terrain and one thing I can write: a wonderful product!!
-
Tested during a trip to the Karkonosze mountains, they perform well. Reasonable quality for a reasonable price.
-
Good poles at a good price. Tested in the Tatra Mountains on a snowy trail. They do the job.
