A tasty snack; high in calories, but it won’t replace lunch — admittedly that was not the designers’ goal, but it is worth emphasizing for inexperienced consumers. It is easy to carry, easy to portion into four pieces, and on top of that it is enclosed in sturdy protective wrapping (I’m not sure whether it is aluminum or some kind of strong plastic, but it is sturdy). Expensive, yes, but in this weight class (125 grams) it has an excellent ratio of carbohydrates to sugars and fats. It also contains invaluable iron, zinc (!), selenium (!) and vitamin D3 (SUPER!). If only it had at least 10 grams of fiber as well (that would be useful with these carbohydrates!), I would give it 5 stars, but as it is I give it 4 stars : )

Product similar to Seven Oceans rations, the nutritional values, even consistency and taste, but I like this bar much more. You can eat it with less water and it has more vitamins. Much longer shelf life, but the price compared to Seven Oceans is also much higher. But I will buy it again - it will find its place with me. P.S. You can really get full with this.
