Enhanced successor to the Olight Marauder Mini flashlight, the Marauder Mini 2 model boasts 10 high-performance Cool White LEDs with TIR optics, delivering up to 10000 lumens in floodlight (Floodlight) mode. In spotlight (Spotlight) mode, a large Cool White LED paired with a special lens outputs up to 1350 lumens and achieves a beam distance of up to 750 meters. The unit also supports a hybrid wide and focused beam mode and features two red LEDs and a side light, offering a total of 5 distinct lighting modes.

Constructed from aviation-grade aluminum A6061-T6 and finished with a durable type III hard anodized coating in black, the flashlight body offers exceptional toughness. A partially rubber-coated grip secures a steady grasp, even under wet or grimy conditions. Waterproofing at the IPX8 standard is achieved by an O-ring sealing system, allowing the flashlight to withstand submersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes.

Protection at the front of the flashlight head is reinforced with a steel bezel. This robust build provides drop resistance from heights up to 1 meter, as guaranteed by the manufacturer. A dedicated hole on the body allows for the attachment of a lanyard or safety cord.

Equipped with five primary lighting modes: wide beam (floodlight), narrow beam (spotlight), combined wide + narrow (flood+spot), red light (red light), and side light (side light), the device enables versatile selection of illumination to match various user requirements.

A switch is located on the flashlight body, specifically designed for toggling between floodlight and spotlight modes (Floodlight/Spotlight). The model is also equipped with a multifunctional rotary dial, enabling easy power adjustment for each lighting mode. Surrounding the dial are micro-diodes that display both the battery charge status and the selected brightness setting.

At the heart of the flashlight lies sophisticated electronics that manage current flow to the LEDs. An advanced electronic system safeguards the LEDs from overheating at the highest setting by lowering current density and maintaining light output at a level safe for the internal components, depending on the selected mode. Once the flashlight is switched off, allowed to cool, and turned back on, it will once again operate at maximum output. The electronics are also responsible for mode selection and for storing the memory of the last mode used.

Equipped with a 32650 lithium-ion battery boasting a 7500 mAh capacity, the flashlight ensures prolonged performance. Charging is facilitated via the provided USB-C cable, with the option to use an MCC magnetic cable as an alternative. The charging process is conveniently monitored by the diode at the cable’s end, which emits a red light while charging and switches to green when charging is complete.
