Osight R Red Dot Sight 2 MOA Dot & 65 MOA Circle - Black

Closed reflex sight combining a compact design with high mechanical resistance and an advanced optical system. It is equipped with 3 types of red reticle: a 2 MOA dot, a 65 MOA circle and a combination of both elements.

The body is made of 7075-T6 aluminum, an alloy with high mechanical strength. The material ensures housing rigidity and protects the internal components against loads generated during use and transport. The design was manufactured using precise CNC machining.

The reflex sight uses the T1/T2 mounting standard, and it is also equipped with a 1/3 Co-Witness mount with a height of 1.53 inches (39 mm), which allows mounting on 22 mm Weaver/Picatinny/RIS rails. It is also compatible with ORH-193 and ORL-121 mounts.

The device meets the IPX8 waterproof rating, which means protection against the effects of short-term immersion in water to a depth of up to 2 meters for a maximum of 30 minutes.

The closed design reduces the risk of water entering the housing during heavy rain, splashing, or accidental contact with water.

The reflex sight is equipped with a multi-variant reticle system. The user can choose one of 3 configurations:

• 2 MOA Dot - the dot only with a size of 2 MOA
• 65 MOA Circle - the circle only with a size of 65 MOA
• 2 MOA Dot & 65 MOA Circle - a combination of the dot and circle

The 2 MOA dot allows precise indication of the aiming point. The 65 MOA circle creates a larger, more easily noticeable outline that can make the reticle quicker to acquire. The combination of both elements combines a clear outline with a central point for more precise aiming.

The aiming point can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally within a range of +/- 50 MOA. The adjustment is 0.5 MOA per click.

The user has 9 daytime brightness levels and 3 night vision levels available. This makes it possible to match the red reticle intensity to the lighting level and the type of observed background. Lower settings reduce excessive reticle brightness in low light. Higher levels increase its visibility on a bright day.

NV modes are intended for use with compatible night vision devices. The device is equipped with a button for quick mode switching between DL (Day Light) and NV (Night Vision). The wavelength of the emitted light is 650 nm.

The optical window measuring 28 x 22 mm provides a wide field of view. The model uses Multi-Coated multi-layer coatings that reduce light reflections and increase its transmission through the lens. They help achieve a clear image and proper reticle contrast in different lighting conditions.

The model features 1x magnification, parallax-free operation, and unlimited eye relief, which allows observing the reticle from various distances from the optical window.

The reflex sight is equipped with a memory function. After restarting, it can restore the previously selected brightness level and reticle configuration. This solution shortens preparation time and reduces the need to set the parameters every time after replacing the battery or turning the device on again.

The Motion Activation Technology system activates the reflex sight when movement is detected. The device can turn on when the weapon is raised or its position is changed. After about 3 minutes of inactivity, the reflex sight turns off automatically. This function reduces unnecessary battery consumption and extends operating time between power source replacements.

The reflex sight is powered by a CR2032 battery placed in a side compartment. The maximum operating time is up to 83,000 hours (when using the 2 MOA aiming point).

The model is equipped with a low voltage warning system. When the battery voltage drops below 2.2 V, the reticle performs 3 quick flashes once per minute. The signal indicates the need to prepare a new battery and reduces the risk of complete power loss without prior warning.
