Peli Air Case 1755 Transport Case - Black

Transport case in black, made from durable and damage-resistant polymer composite patented by Peli, HPX2 polymers. Effectively secures contents during transport or storage. The model meets the IP67 sealing standard, protecting contents from water and dust. Additionally, it is safeguarded against mechanical damage and pressure changes, ensuring safe transport during air travel.

The enclosure is made from impact-resistant injection-molded HPX2 resin. The material features high resistance to mechanical damage, deformation, and exposure to atmospheric conditions such as moisture, dust, or temperature fluctuations while maintaining a low weight. The construction secured with an O-ring meets the IP67 sealing standard, providing full protection against dust and submersion resistance in water up to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes.

The interior of the case is filled with resilient shock-absorbing foam, which effectively dampens shocks and protects contents from mechanical damage. The structure of the inserts allows them to be adjusted to the shape of the transported equipment, increasing stability and reducing movement during transport. The applied solution allows for individual customization of the protection level to the type of equipment being transported, which is significant for delicate, shock-resistant equipment.

Reinforced lid secured with 6 sturdy Press and Pull automatic latches allowing one-handed operation, with additional security provided by holes allowing the contents to be locked with padlocks. The open cargo space inside the case allows free arrangement and organization of the contents. Rubber-covered transport handles on the longer and shorter sides ensure a secure grip. Additionally, a retractable handle is located on the shorter side.

The case meets MIL-SPEC certification requirements, confirming a professional level of protection for transporting sensitive equipment - its resistance includes, among other tests, low temperature, vibration, and vertical impact according to DEF STAN 81-41, a standard used for military-grade equipment.

The case is equipped with an automatic pressure relief valve that compensates for pressure differences between the interior and the environment, facilitating opening after altitude or temperature changes. The valve body is made from ABS, and the venting element from hydrophobic fabric Hi-Flow Gore-Tex, supporting sealing and reliable protection of equipment in demanding transport conditions.

The case is additionally fitted with wheels made from abrasion-resistant PU, facilitating movement. Steel ball bearings ensure the smooth operation of the wheels.
