The construction is designed for use in demanding conditions, where mechanical resistance and effective protection of equipment from external factors are crucial.

The housing is made of impact-resistant HPX resin processed by injection molding. The material is characterized by high mechanical damage resistance, deformation, and resistance to weather conditions such as moisture, dust, or fluctuating temperatures. The design secured with an O-ring meets the sealing standard of IP67, meaning it provides full dust protection and is resistant to submersion in water up to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes.

The interior of the case is filled with elastic cushioning foam that effectively dampens shocks and protects the contents from mechanical damage. The structure of the inserts allows them to be adapted to the shape of the transported equipment, increasing its stability and limiting movement during transport. This solution allows for the individual adjustment of the protection level to the type of transported equipment, which is important in the case of delicate, shock-sensitive devices.

The edges of the case are rounded and additionally reinforced, which allows for more effective distribution of impact energy and reduces the risk of damage to both the housing and contents. The hinges are set in reinforced structural zones, which increases their durability. This solution enhances the longevity of the entire opening and closing mechanism.

All metal components are made of stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term use in demanding environmental conditions. The case has a buoyancy of up to 28.3 kg, allowing it to stay afloat with transported equipment weighing no more than this value.

The model is equipped with an automatic Vortex valve responsible for equalizing the pressure between the case interior and the environment. This solution prevents vacuum formation, which could make opening the case difficult, for example, during air transport or use in a water environment. The valve operates automatically, responding to pressure differences without user intervention, which increases the convenience of the entire system.

The box is equipped with 2 Press&Pull latches located on the front of the lid. The mechanism automatically locks upon closing, ensuring tightness and security of the transported contents. Opening occurs upon a light press of the latch, allowing for trouble-free operation. The case's design allows for the use of a padlock to secure the contents against unauthorized access, both during transport and storage.

The case is equipped with 2 transport wheels and a telescopic handle located on the top, enabling convenient movement, especially with heavier loads. An additional side handle allows for comfortable carrying of the case by hand.
