This is my second pair of this model. The previous ones, bought over a year ago, Tropic Coyote, unfortunately have a slightly different and better material. The material in the current ones is definitely more delicate, prone to snagging, does not have a distinct "grid" structure, and feels different to the touch. It has already happened that other Pentagon pants models in the same pattern had a different actual size depending on the color, but it's the first time I'm encountering a difference in material.
Pentagon BDU 2.0 Pants Tropic Khaki
Crafted from RipStop fabric—a durable blend of nylon and elastane—the BDU 2.0 Tropic tactical pants offer exceptional flexibility and are highly resistant to tears and abrasions. The BDU 2.0 Tropic is ideal for use as tactical or outdoor pants and also serves well as comfortable, casual attire in urban environments.
Reinforcements, freedom of movement, antibacterial finish
Reinforced with triple-stitched seams in high-stress areas, the material offers outstanding durability and resistance to tearing. Additional layers at knee level and the seat deliver extra reinforcement where it’s needed most. This robust construction ensures the pants deliver exceptional longevity, even in the harshest environments.
Two-way stretch fabric has been incorporated to maximize comfort and unrestricted movement. An antibacterial treatment effectively inhibits bacterial growth within the fibers, helping to prevent the development of unpleasant odors.
YKK zipper, Prym snap fasteners, tapes at the bottom of the pants
Featuring an opening secured by a zipper from the renowned Japanese brand YKK, and a main snap closure crafted by Prym. Straps to tie are integrated at the cuffs to fasten the pants securely to the leg or footwear.
7 spacious pockets

Nice thin pants for warm days. Although they have a military style, their relatively fitted cut makes them look very good. Also when combined with a shirt that isn't necessarily military. This is my third pair - this time I bought the black ones. During the sale, these pants are really a great price. The downside of the pants is the material, which is prone to snags. So you have to be a bit careful. Because these are not pants for walking, for example, through bushes.

For me, the pants are very nice, light, breathable, and comfortable to walk in. The only thing I can't understand is the size differences. In the photo, the same pants are shown in size 50/86, and as you can see, the black ones are wider than the green ones. So how should I choose the size when such differences occur? What's even funnier is that the black ones are looser and the green ones are more fitted. Ideally, there should be an intermediate size between these two. Of course, I also had to shorten the legs.

Hello! This is already my third pair of this model of trousers, each in a different color. The size fits perfectly. I wear jeans in size 34/34 and here Pentagon is made to measure. The cut of the trousers is slightly fitted, but the flexibility of the material makes you not feel it at all. Complete freedom of movement. Very good materials and solid stitching. I recommend them with a clear conscience!

The pants have a "specific" cut; if possible, I recommend visiting a physical store to try them on and buy them there. I had to return my previous pair (too small after following advice from other reviews to choose a size down). I would actually recommend choosing one size up if you don't like snug clothing. Compared to the BDU 2.0 line from the same brand (which is 20/30 PLN cheaper), these pants are thinner, seem more delicate, and the ripstop material has a denser structure. Review after 1 day of use.

Received the pants quickly, thanks to the store for the promptness. Satisfied with the purchase. The materials used for the production are of very high quality. The tailoring is good, nothing sticks out anywhere, and the seams don't chafe the body. They look like ordinary city pants, but at the same time have the full potential of tactical gear.

Another pair of Pentagon pants did not disappoint. I wanted something lighter than Ranger 2.0 but with a similar cut. And this is it. The material is light, but not like paper, as always with functional pockets and they fit great. I recommend! M is perfect for 175/78.

The trousers in this color look nice. They are very airy and flexible. Previously, I bought them in khaki and I'm considering buying another color. Very practical to wear on warm and hot days.

Great pants, the material is a bit rustling. Perfect for summer, airy and stretchy. I ordered size 48/38; my measurements are 176 cm height and 93 cm waist circumference. They fit perfectly, only need to be shortened slightly.
-
Comfortable cut and slightly stretchy material. They look like everyday trousers, not workwear. The fabric is airy and dries quickly. For those using this model in classic fabric - I recommend checking the size chart, as ordering the same size blindly may not match.

The pants really look great, fairly large pockets though not the biggest I've seen. The cut I'd say is more normal, not oversized.

In my opinion, great pants. I already have 5 pairs. I have them in black, khaki, coyote, ranger green and camo green. The black ones are not in the photo (in the wash). The oldest (khaki) are two years old and have pilled a bit at the back under the belt (the belt is rough, fabric one). A thread has also come loose here and there. This doesn't change the fact that the pants are durable. For everyday use, they really work well. Used mainly as normal, everyday work clothes (desk job). They have not worn out at the seat. Sure, if I had just one pair and used it every day, they'd probably be in worse condition. Why do I have five pairs? Because they're comfortable and light. The material is stretchy and airy (great for summer, not so much for winter). Also, the cut is cool. The colors are pastel, and that's also an advantage for me. I recommend them. PS: Due to the delicate material from which these pants are made, in my opinion, they are not suitable for various more or less demanding activities (like crossing forests, airsoft, survival, etc.). For that, I have more "armored" clothing.

The only plus is nice appearance, but the shapeless cut means you have to take a larger waist size for the hips to fit (and I have a normal build). Material—I use them "for the office" with driving and getting in and out of chairs, and after a week I noticed the material already worn out and pulled. I have shorts from the same material, and just touching a rock on a sunny day made a hole straight through. That's why I think reviews are written either before using the product or are solicited. For me—shopping at this store is over (same with t-shirts, which after one wash look like they've been worn for three seasons). Generally, I thought price should mean quality, but in reality, it's a regular supermarket product. Probably this review won't make it to the site, but I'm writing to see if moderators publish less favorable opinions too.

All in all, the trousers are pretty nice, at 184cm and 90kg the 33/34 size fits perfectly, the cut is great, but there is a catch... the material rustles a bit and unfortunately is not stretchy, which slightly reduces comfort of movement in large strides. The price is attractive and it's half the price of Helikon OTP, but I think it's worth adding a bit more.
