Pentagon Nucleus in the RAL7013 shade immediately seems right to me: it is light, pleasantly warm, and at the same time solid enough to work outdoors. I like the cut from the start, nothing presses, and there is no feeling of poor quality. This is exactly the kind of jacket I choose both for everyday use and for outings.
Pentagon Nucleus Jacket - RAL7013
Insulated zip-up jacket featuring a high collar. Constructed entirely from nylon and fitted with synthetic filling. The relaxed cut conforms to the body while ensuring unrestricted mobility.
durable material, synthetic filling, quilted design
The exterior is crafted from robust nylon fabric, known for its durability and enhanced moisture resistance. Inside, a lightweight layer of synthetic silk sheet fiber insulation with a density of 200 g/m2 delivers effective cold protection for the torso. Thanks to the quilted construction, the insulation remains evenly distributed, improving thermal performance. The jacket's lining is made from nylon that feels smooth and comfortable against the skin.
Zipper, high collar
The primary closure is a double-sided zipper featuring a protective flap that shields against wind and moisture. The end of the zipper is secured with a guard that prevents the chin from being pinched by the slider. A high collar offers excellent neck protection from wind and ensures enhanced thermal insulation. Drawstrings located at the hem and cuffs enable a snug, adjustable fit to the body.
4 practical pockets, compressibility
Four generously sized pockets are integrated into the design:
- two spacious hip pockets secured with zippers,
- and two open inner pockets positioned at chest height.
Easily compressible, the jacket packs down into the hip pocket for effortless transport.
MJC system
Designed with MJC system compatibility (Multiple Jackets Compatibility), the jacket can function as an inner layer within other system-ready jackets, including GEN V3 or Hurricane models.

Light jacket made from pleasant material, suitable for autumn and spring. It can also be used as thermal lining. Doesn't restrict movement, which is important in the field. The color is great, the price is fair — it works perfectly as a transitional jacket. I recommend it to others too.

The Pentagon Nucleus Midnight Blue jacket is a classic :) It doesn’t have a hood, so it’s quite elegant, and at the same time, it’s light and, thanks to the synthetic filling, is less afraid of water than down jackets.
-
For a non-down jacket, it is very light. A great advantage of the synthetic filling is that water does not harm it :) The jacket is also comfortable and well made. I recommend it.
-
Great jacket for autumn/winter/spring. It has the weight of a down jacket, but since it is filled with synthetic insulation, it is not as susceptible to moisture as down. The price is also a plus.
-
Pentagon, although it doesn't say it's down, and on the label or further in the description it's 100% synthetic :) The jacket is warm, light, and well-made. Perfect for our cold seasons.

After unpacking, I was surprised at how thin and light the jacket is. I took a risk, put on a regular T-shirt, put on the jacket and went outside—about 4°C, quite windy. To my surprise, I was warm, and the jacket insulated my body from the wind very well. It deserves 5 stars. Recommended.

Light jacket. Autumn-spring. Can be used as an insulator. Does not restrict movement, which is important in the field. The downside is the small number of pockets, including inside pockets.
-
I just took it on a trip in my backpack today, I'm amazed at how little space it takes up and how light it is. I recommend it to all tourists! We'll see how it performs in colder days.
-
Amazing! The jacket is really light, you can easily roll it up into a larger backpack or a travel bag. When I tried it on at home over just a T-shirt for two minutes, I could already feel how quickly it warms up! As a backup for outdoor expeditions or trips, it's fantastic—light and warm. I recommend this purchase to everyone, without hesitation!

Very light, warm and comfortable jacket. Great quality.
-
I bought it as a liner for a membrane jacket instead of a fleece. This one is definitely warmer.
-
The jacket is light and effectively protects against the cold.

It is light and effectively protects against the cold.

Very good jacket, light and pleasant material. With a height of 178 and 98 cm chest, size S is perfect, M was too wide in the hips (baggy cut). I tested it while cycling at -2°C and it works well; we'll see how it performs at lower temperatures. The only complaint is that the pockets aren’t insulated inside and there’s no adjustable drawstring at the bottom of the jacket, but I still recommend it!
