I wore these shoes in the mountains in Slovakia during the summer. Thanks to the suede leather, the shoes breathed nicely. They are comfortable and easy to put on. I recommend protecting them with Coccine spray fat for leather so that the leather doesn't become dry, stays in good condition longer, and doesn't crack. Don't use a hydrophobic impregnant as it reduces breathability. If you care about waterproofing, it's better to buy shoes made of natural leather.
