Pentagon Predator Mountaineering 8" Boots - Brownout
Brown tactical boots made from a combination of durable nubuck leather and nylon. The non-slip sole and high upper that protects the ankle joints are ideal for both uniformed service work and everyday urban and outdoor use. The model is equipped with a HydroGuard waterproof membrane. This model meets the EN ISO 20345:2022 LG SRC standard.
Upper made from nubuck leather and nylon, overmolded sole
The upper part is made from leather with a thickness of 1.6–1.8 mm, offering high damage resistance, making the boots suitable for intensive use. Inserts of nylon mesh adapt to the foot’s shape and ensure excellent air circulation, delivering great wearing comfort. Additional overmolded rubber sole sections protect the toe and heel. This solution helps prevent injuries, shielding the feet from direct impacts against curbs, exposed rebar, large stones or roots.
High upper, waterproof membrane
The boots feature a HydroGuard waterproof membrane with microscopic pores that protect against water and wind while maintaining very good breathability. The structure of the pores prevents drops of water from entering the shoe, yet efficiently wicks moisture vapor out.
Ventilation, breathable insole
The footwear is lined with air mesh breathable fabric, which supports air circulation and enhances comfort during prolonged use in tough conditions. The insole provides effective shock absorption and enhances comfort, even during many hours of activity.
Non-slip, shock-absorbing sole
Stable movement in the field is ensured by the non-slip, shock-absorbing, and oil-resistant rubber sole with a contoured tread for excellent grip on various surfaces. The design meets the EN ISO 20345:2022 LG SRC standard, confirming high slip resistance and stability when working on ladder rungs.
Quick lacing
The lacing system with metal eyelets and durable laces enables precise adjustment to the foot. Reinforced rear loop makes putting on the boots easier.

Hydroguard is a flexible polyurethane membrane that, thanks to its microscopic pores, provides high water and wind resistance, and is also breathable. The special structure of the pores does not allow water droplets to get inside, but efficiently carries away the water vapor formed from the moisture that forms inside to the outside.
SRC class is a designation used in international safety standards for safety footwear (EN ISO 20345) and occupational footwear (EN ISO 20347) that defines the highest level of slip resistance. In order for footwear to receive the SRC classification, it must simultaneously meet the requirement of SRA - slip resistance on a ceramic base coated with a sodium lauryl sulfate solution (a strong detergent), and SRB - slip resistance on a steel base coated with glycerol (an oily surface).
