I rarely leave reviews, but this time I feel it’s necessary. I tested the Pentagon Ranger shirt in outdoor conditions and I am very positively surprised. I spent over an hour in full sun (temperature around 24°C in the shade) with the sleeves rolled up and the comfort of use was excellent – I wasn't too hot or too cold, everything was perfectly balanced. The most impressive features are breathability and the very fast drying of the material. After hiking with a backpack, my back was of course sweaty, which is natural, but after 2-3 minutes of taking off the backpack, the shirt was almost completely dry. Both the mesh parts and the ripstop material wick moisture away excellently. The drying speed was a big surprise to me. The fabric itself is another advantage – the ripstop sleeves are much softer and more flexible than in other shirts I've had a chance to wear. The material isn’t stiff, which greatly improves comfort and freedom of movement. Rolling up the sleeves is easy, and the fabric adapts to the movement of the body. The quality of workmanship is top-notch – the seams are even, there are no loose threads, and the whole thing feels very solid. In summary, this is one of the best outdoor shirts I’ve ever had. It works perfectly in the field: it’s airy, dries fast, offers high comfort and durability. Great respect to Pentagon for creating such an outstanding product – you have truly succeeded. For comparison – I am 178 cm tall, weigh 83 kg, have an average build, and size M fits perfectly. The shirt is neither too long nor too short, doesn’t “hang” – the fit is very well tailored.
