Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam represents an advanced camouflage pattern engineered in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision, in partnership with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs), as part of the Objective Force Warrior initiative. Designed to deliver outstanding versatility, this camouflage pattern performs effectively across a broad spectrum of terrains and changing environmental conditions. Comprising seven distinct colors, the MultiCam pattern features smooth, gradient transitions among greens, browns, and beiges. This allows for adaptive blending with various backdrops, displaying green tones in woodland areas and transforming into brown and beige hues in desert landscapes. In Central and Eastern Europe, MultiCam excels particularly during autumn and in dry vegetation. Its superior performance has led to global adoption by numerous military and special operations units. In 2010, the US Army officially selected this camouflage to equip troops in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Civilian users also have access to the pattern, making MultiCam a preferred option for military enthusiasts and airsoft players alike.
