Very solid rest, accuracy went up immediately and by a lot. I just need to set it properly to hit the center, but the grouping of the shots is deadly at 20-30m. I use a Poe Lang Cobra Protex 2.0 bow. Cons, When drawing, the arrow sometimes tends to come off the rest, which is a bit annoying. There are no assembly instructions, to install the rest you need to attach it to the bow with one or two screws, just like any other. Then you need to attach the string responsible for drawing to one of the cables. For this, it's best to use a d-loop knot, almost the same as the one used for attaching a d loop for a release. Besides, there are plenty of YouTube videos on this topic. Just search for 'how to mount an arrow drop away rest.'
Compound bow arrow rest featuring adjustable settings.
Arrow rest with adjustment capability offers compatibility with all arrow types and can be installed on bows for both left- and right-handed archers.
Retrievable rests on compound bows provide a key benefit: ensuring a clean, efficient arrow release. As the string is shot, the spring mechanism in the rest disengages (triggered by a cord linked to the bow’s cables).
Set includes all necessary mounting screws and adjustment keys.

Good, cheap rest, but for a beginner the lack of assembly instructions may be problematic.

Nice rest, it's not a cheap plastic junk, but a good metal rest.
