Quest X5 IDMaxX Metal Detector

Advanced waterproof metal detector, designed as the successor to the X5 model. Outfitted with a waterproof Gorilla Blade9 9 x 5" coil, providing enhanced stability on mineral-rich terrain and enabling reliable use in extreme weather and submersion in water up to 3 meters deep.

With a high operating frequency of 12 kHz and a rapid response time to metals, the X5 IDMaxX model excels at detecting all varieties of metals and effectively distinguishing them from nearby objects. The detector features digital identification of metal targets on a scale from 1 to 99.

Outfitted with a premium waterproof Gorilla Blade9 9 x 5” coil, the detector dramatically enhances both target detection and identification performance.

A highly legible 60 x 45 mm LCD screen with backlight presents all vital information at a glance, displaying battery status, volume setting, a 5-segment object ID, depth, and sensitivity levels. Navigating the settings menu is straightforward and user-friendly, aided by large, clearly marked buttons.

A wholly waterproof construction enables deployment in challenging weather and submerged environments, supporting operation at depths of up to 3 meters. Both the adjustable arm and armrest are engineered for maximum user comfort during extended use.

Power is supplied by an integrated 1000 mAh Li-Po battery, providing 8 to 12 hours of continuous use. Recharging is conveniently handled through a USB-C port.

The detector features a stable handle with a U-shaped elbow support, greatly enhancing device stability during use. For operating in more challenging environments, a Velcro strap included in the kit can be fastened to the elbow support to provide additional security.

The detector’s audio system boasts a robust integrated speaker with a USB-C port. The system supports wireless headphones, and also accommodates wired headphones with a 3.5 mm jack when used with an appropriate USB-C adapter.

The construction utilizes a 4-section telescopic adjustable shaft, enabling an extension range from 46 cm up to 130 cm.
