Quest Xpointer Max Magic Holster metal detector

Handheld metal detector from Quest Metal Detectors designed for precise location of small targets. The device features an anti-slip handle equipped with two control buttons, an OLED display, and signal LEDs.

The Max version utilizes variable audio signals, multicolored LEDs, and display icons to indicate whether a detected object consists of iron or another type of metal. The display also presents the distance to the target. Ground calibration can be performed automatically or manually, depending on user preference.

Xpointer Max offers 4 sensitivity settings: low, medium, high, and boost. Users can choose between three notification modes: sound only, vibration only, or a combination of both.

The speaker is located inside the cap at the end of the handle, ensuring powerful audio output. Removing the cap reveals access to the headphone jack and the standard USB-C charging port.

The detector is powered by an integrated lithium-polymer battery with a capacity of 1000 mAh. Once fully charged, it delivers up to 14 hours of operational time. There is also a feature that displays the battery level on the detector.

The durable housing provides water resistance up to 5 m in both fresh and salt water. A locator function is included, emitting an audible signal when the device is misplaced.

Included is a Magic Holster magnetic sheath. Removing the pinpointer from the holster automatically powers it on, making operation much easier, for example, during cold weather when bulky gloves or numb fingers are involved.
