I tested from 5 meters using the Umarex T4E TR 68 Gen2. Overall: they're okay. The worst in terms of accuracy, and penetration/destructiveness is similar to rubber-steel ones. Additionally, unfortunately they don't fit perfectly in the magazine, they can be loose enough to fall out of both the chamber and the barrel. However, please note that I say this in the context of one particular RAM model.

Probably the most destructive ammunition you can get without a license. Fits very well with the HDS shotgun. They're rather single-use, as the sabot usually doesn't withstand the impact with the target at this power.

I bought the RAM RazorGun Devastator Steel Core .68 metal balls (40 pieces) for the RAM T4E HDS68 CO2 shotgun. Thanks to the plastic cover, they fit perfectly into the barrel and don't fall out. They pierce drywall from 15 meters without any problem.

Mandatory balls for HDS 68 owners. Brilliant appearance. As devastators, they do what they're supposed to—break bottles and similar things nicely. However, they go into the barrel a bit looser than, for example, metal-rubber ones, so they are not propelled at full power. But who knows, maybe it's just this batch. Anyway, I recommend them even though they are expensive.

I bought them together with the HDR 68. Compared to the rubber ones, they are definitely stronger. When shooting, they even give a slight recoil that lifts the revolver (the rubber ones don't do that). Unfortunately, I can't give five stars because they have one significant flaw. They are slightly smaller than the rubber balls and can (though not always) fall out through the barrel when pointed down. For storage in the magazine, you need to have one rubber ball in the barrel position, because otherwise carrying it on a belt in a holster or somewhere in a backpack may disappoint you with the first shot.

Great fun when piercing plasterboard, plywood, or paint cans.
