Red Dot One Kimar RX T-comfort: +2 deg. C Sleeping Bag - Olive

Olive-colored sleeping bag, with a mummy-type construction, ensuring a comfortable body position and unrestricted movement during sleep. Designed for use in spring and autumn seasons. It is made of durable polyester, and its bottom part provides water resistance at a level of 12,000 mm/m². The model features RX Alu technology, which is based on an outer layer that reflects the heat generated by the body, significantly increasing thermal comfort during use.

Sleeping bag use temperatures defined according to EN 13537 standard:

• T-comfort: +2 deg. C - the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably all night.
• T-limit: -4 deg. C - the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep through the night without discomfort.
• T-extreme: -21 deg. C - the lowest temperature at which survival in the sleeping bag is possible. This is not a value recommended for standard use.

The outer layer of the sleeping bag is made of polyester, which provides high resistance to mechanical damage and abrasion and moisture. The interior of the sleeping bag is finished with a soft, brushed polyester lining with a structure similar to flannel, providing thermal comfort and user convenience. Additionally, the lower part of the design is made of material with increased water resistance of 12000 mm/m2, effectively protecting against ground moisture and morning dew.

The filling of the sleeping bag is synthetic polyester microfiber with a fine fiber structure, creating an effective thermal insulation layer at a low own weight. The material retains insulation properties in conditions of increased humidity, reduces water absorption and allows for quick drying, which increases user convenience in the field. The insulation system is supported by RX Alu technology, using an external Silver PU coating that reflects heat back inside, increasing the thermal efficiency of the sleeping bag.

The sleeping bag features ergonomics and user comfort. A profiled foot zone and expanded space in the chest and hip area provide high comfort during sleep. The sleeping bag weighs 1450 grams and when compressed reaches dimensions of 28 x 18 cm, allowing for convenient carrying in an expedition backpack or larger bag. Internal pocket allows for storing small equipment, and four elastic stabilizing loops allow the sleeping bag to be attached on uneven or inclined terrain.

The sleeping bag is equipped with a two-way, central zipper protected by an extended thermal strip that prevents heat loss and jamming. Additionally, a zipper pull glowing in the dark is used, making it easier to operate in low visibility conditions. Adjustable hood allows for user customization and limits heat migration outside. Hood and collar drawstrings are made in different thicknesses which facilitates their handling without sight. A Velcro panel placed in the foot area is intended for user identification or mounting reflective elements.
