Rite in the Rain 4x6" All Weather Notebook - Tan

A good gift for men who like to spend time outdoors. I used it during a downpour while fishing and I can say it passed the test completely. A notebook worth recommending.

A classic, I’ve already filled out three. It swells when wet, but nothing bad happens to it :)

The manufacturer offers notebooks in various sizes; the 4x6 fits in the hand with fingers extended, held by the fingertips, and I can imagine compared to the 3x5 (a similar size to a smartphone) it’s better for taking longer notes.

An optimal choice when you need a durable medium for precious notes made on a dry sheet, much cheaper than this manufacturer’s ever-important refill, and easy to use with locally available ballpoint pen archival ink. Personally, I like using pencil lead which, according to the English description, is a universal alternative, effective regardless of surface conditions, i.e., wet or dry. The item I received is more olive than expected, surprisingly different from the photo in the offer.

Good gift for Dad. From a gadget lover's perspective—great for use in all watersports (canoeing, sailing), and probably also for working with maps in survival situations.
