A beautiful classic penknife with a great vibe. The materials and build quality are excellent for this price. I bought it as a carving knife. The blades are very thin, ideal for EDC and for precise, delicate work. When carving wood, they bend a little, they're delicate and lack a few millimeters of thickness. I changed the grind and now they go into linden wood like butter, but with harder wood I’d be afraid to carve in case I break them. Having tested it, now I'd just buy the Cold Steel Stockman, which has slightly thicker blades. I recommend it if you like a trapper style.

The Rough Rider Blue Smooth Bone Whittler 440 folding knife is a beautiful take on a classic... a nod to the beginnings of pocket knives. Beautifully crafted and handy ...it’s definitely worth having in your collection!
-
Very well-made penknife, I recommend it.
-
Fitted average, holds sharpness also average, the three blades are practically identical, quite small, but it is very stainless, cheap, elegant, very thin blades cut like razors and it has interesting ergonomics.
-
Looks great, very well made, sharpened like a razor.
-
The penknife is small, pleasant, good as an additional, spare blade for smaller tasks or as an emergency option. 5/5
