Salewa Puez 2,5L Powertex Jacket - Faded Green
The trekking jacket in Faded Green provides protection against adverse weather conditions. It was designed with everyday use in mind. Equipped with a Powertex membrane, it offers waterproofing of 10000 mm/m2 and high breathability. The well-thought-out design ensures full freedom of movement and adequate breathability, which translates into high wearing comfort.
Powertex material and membrane
The model is made of Powertex fabric with a Rip-Stop weave, which effectively protects against wind and moisture and increases the jacket's resistance to damage and abrasion in the most exposed areas. The membrane provides waterproofing of 10 000 mm and breathability of 10 000 g/m2/24 h. The fabric is additionally coated with a hydrophobic DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish. The finish does not contain harmful PFC compounds.
zipper, hood and high collar
The front closure features a waterproof zipper running the full length of the jacket. The high collar protects the neck from the cold and limits the entry of cold air. The hood provides effective head protection against adverse weather conditions.
velcro cuffs, elastic finish
Velcro cuffs adjust to the wrists and help keep the sleeves in the correct position. The elastic bottom edge limits the fleece from riding up during movement and helps retain warmth around the torso. All seams have been fully sealed, which increases protection against water penetration
2 practical pockets
On the sides there are 2 pockets fastened with zippers. The closure protects the contents from falling out during walking and activity. The pockets provide space for a phone, keys, documents, gloves, and other small items. Their placement also allows for comfortable hand warming.

Rip-Stop weave protects the fabric from abrasions and tears. It is characterized by additional threads woven in at regular intervals, forming a mesh-like pattern. It provides high strength to the fabric, increases resistance to mechanical damage, especially tears.
PowerTex is a windproof and waterproof polyurethane membrane with high breathability and high durability. The microporous structure prevents water from penetrating inside the footwear, while allowing moisture to drain efficiently from inside, leaving the foot dry.
