This Salewa rain jacket is simply fantastic. Very well made. It’s very light, but above all, thanks to the Gore-Tex membrane, it offers excellent protection against rain. The high breathability means that even on warm days it doesn't feel hot inside. I don't regret a single penny spent on this jacket, even though it wasn't cheap. I hope it will serve me for a long time. I highly recommend it, especially for mountain trips.

Trekking jacket constructed from a two-layer laminate and equipped with a Gore-Tex membrane. Delivers waterproof protection up to 28,000 mm/m2 and offers breathability with a RET < 9 m2 Pa/W. Outfitted with taped seams and a waterproof main zipper for optimal weather resistance.
The advanced Gore-Tex membrane is highly breathable, while additional underarm zippers allow for efficient ventilation and help maintain thermal comfort during activity. The outer layer features a DWR water-repellent coating that is free from PFCs and environmentally safe.
High collar together with an adjustable hood offers reliable protection against rain and wind. Adjustable hook-and-loop cuffs and a drawcord hem effectively seal out cold air.
Includes two zippered external pockets, two side pockets with protective flaps, and a single internal pocket for convenient storage.

Great jacket with a Gore-Tex membrane, doesn’t let a single drop through. I considered Arcteryx but they are much more expensive, so I went with Salewa and I was not disappointed.
