I only noticed that if the shoes are quite snug, the new insoles can make them feel tighter, especially around the toes. I needed a few days to get used to it because the foot is positioned a bit differently. Because the cutting isn’t perfect, the edge of the insole can curl up, so it needs to be done carefully. In summary – a great option, especially for those who walk a lot or have stiffer shoes.
