The knife is wonderfully made, light and handy, ideal for EDC. But not everything is perfect. Right out of the box, it's hard to open, the first attempt to press the flipper didn't work—safety lock to prevent accidental opening maybe? I hope it breaks in and will 'fire' smoothly. Also, the description lacks information about bearings. The blade type is clippoint, but it looks like a Tanto to me, but I still recommend it.

Designed for daily tasks, the EDC (Every Day Carry) pocket folding knife is ideal for regular use. Featuring a clip-point blade crafted from Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel, the knife offers easy sharpening and retains a keen edge over extended periods.
A flipper mechanism enables quick deployment of the blade and functions as a small cross guard when open, offering extra protection against hand slippage. In the open position, the blade is secured with a robust and reliable frame lock. An added sliding lock ensures the locking leaf is not unintentionally disengaged.
Handle construction utilizes 3Cr13 stainless steel, complemented by a durable G10 laminate insert for enhanced grip and resilience.
Equipped with a spring-steel clip, everyday carry is made simple, allowing secure attachment to a belt or pocket edge for easy accessibility.

Super workmanship of both handle and blade, and one of the best Swedish steels.
-
Very good knife, the mechanism is a bit stiff but the knife itself is very sharp, my finger confirms it.
-
Sanrenmu is already a well-established brand, and this knife confirms it. It is excellently made and fitted.

Another knife for the collection. Sharp, perfectly fitted and has a good click. The most elegant of my Sanrenmu knives.

I'm usually a fan of more rugged knives like the CS SPARTAN, but I needed something elegant so I chose this knife. Even though 'made in China' usually puts me off, I was surprised by the 1162. A beautifully crafted, factory-sharp knife that opens great. Sanrenmu did an excellent job with this model.
