Not tested yet. I was guided by the price, visual impression and the fact that it has 'diamonds' and not, like most such sharpeners, carbides. I want to try the difference, especially when sharpening thin blades. The workmanship after removing it from the packaging inspires confidence.

I'm not particularly fond of tungsten carbide, which is why I chose the Sharpi Mini Diamond Sharpener. The only one I found that offers diamonds in a pocket sharpener. It removes material nicely. Perfect for quick touching up.
