Sky Watcher Telescope equipped with an achromatic refractor based on a two-element lens with a diameter 102 mm and a focal length of 1000 mm. The device provides a bright and clear image, ideal for observing planets and the Moon. The telescope also allows for the discovery of numerous star clusters, as well as brighter nebulas and galaxies.
It is mounted on an aluminum tripod and an EQ3-2 equatorial mount with slow motions, which is characterized by stability and enables astrophotography. The head is equipped with mounting holes allowing for the connection of any type of drive, including the GoTo SynScan. The mount allows for the attachment of telescopes equipped with a Dovetail rail in Vixen
standard. The optical system is constructed as a classic Fraunhofer doublet and coated with anti-reflective layers. The moderate f-ratio of f/9.8 ensures very good, uniform sharpness across the entire field of view. The star range is 13.8 magnitude, and the light-gathering power (compared to the naked eye) is 204, which allows for distant and clear observations.
The BK 1021 EQ3-2 is equipped with a 2" Rack & Pinion focuser((rack and pinion focuser). The focuser body features a standard Sky-Watcher finder mount.
