Telescope featuring a parabolic mirror with a 200 mm diameter and a focal length of 1000 mm. Fitted with a Crayford focuser measuring 2" and supplied with a 1.25" adapter. Connection of an SLR camera is possible thanks to the T-2 thread and supplementary adapters.
The Barlow lens, paired with a 1.25" eyepiece, delivers double the magnification. Designed in the Newtonian system, the instrument’s high light-gathering capability makes it ideal for deep-sky observations. It collects up to 575 times more light than the human eye, permitting the viewing of stellar objects with a brightness up to magnitude 13.
The EQ5 equatorial mount stands out for its notable stability and accuracy. Its head is positioned on a stainless steel tripod, complete with a convenient accessory tray. The kit provides a leveling gauge, latitude adjustment with micrometric scale, and a polar scope azimuth regulator for aligning to Polaris. Additional features include slow-motion control knobs and precision-engraved aluminum setting rings. A polar scope can be installed to enhance object tracking accuracy. Upgrade options allow for single or dual-axis drive attachments, and the system can be further enhanced with the Go-To system for automated object location and tracking.
