Smart Target 9 mm laser cartridge

9 mm caliber laser cartridge designed for firearms training, allowing users to practice shooting without live rounds. Emitting a red laser beam (650 Nm), a laser pulse is discharged upon trigger pull to indicate the point of aim.

Rubber O-rings secure the cartridge in the firearm chamber, eliminating unwanted movement and maintaining a consistent laser beam trajectory. The rimless design ensures that the cartridge stays in the chamber during cycling, removing the need for reloading. No weapon modifications are required from the user; the unit installs directly into the barrel, with no extra tools necessary.

The laser cartridge delivers a safe solution for fundamental drills, precision shooting practice, or reaction time exercises beyond the confines of a firing range. Optimal performance is achieved when conducting marksmanship training with an electronic laser target system.

The cartridge’s rubber tip is a consumable element that will gradually degrade with use. Service life is influenced by several factors, such as frequency of use, the force and length of the firing pin in a specific firearm model. In training scenarios, a single tip can sustain up to 1000 trigger pulls on one firearm. Replacement tips are available and may be acquired separately.
