Sharpening is fast and does not require a lot of experience. The ability to adjust the angle is a big plus, making it easy to adapt the settings to various types of knives.
Universal sharpener designed with three sharpening slots, each offering an adjustable angle to ensure the best sharpening angle for any blade in use.
The slot featuring tungsten carbide plates with Coarse grit is ideal for initial sharpening and blade reshaping. The slot equipped with ceramic rods with Fine grit serves for finishing and polishing the blades. The central slot, set at a fixed angle, is furnished with solid thin ceramic plates and is tailored for honing serrated knife edges.
Sharpening angle adjustment is accomplished by pressing and rotating the knob marked with angle indications. Six sharpening angle settings provide precise adaptation for knives intended for various tasks.
Ergonomic soft-grip handle along with a rubberized base guarantee secure and accurate sharpening. All abrasive components are fully replaceable by unscrewing them from the base once the cover is removed.

The adjustable angle system is useless, the angle changes on its own during sharpening (the sharpening guides are installed in such a way that during sharpening they move apart, which makes it impossible to achieve the required sharpening angle).

Very easy to use, you basically need no skills to sharpen a knife. Several grit levels allow you to sharpen to razor sharpness. I recommend it.
